The Mail-Back solution is a safe and compliant system that is easy to use for you and your patients. Please continue providing these envelopes for all your opioid prescriptions, other controlled substances (CIII-V), other substances outlined on your Display Card and, upon request.
This program is only for Ultimate Users. “As defined under the Controlled Substances Act, specifically 21 U.S.C. 802(27), the term "ultimate user" means a person who has lawfully obtained, and who possesses, a controlled substance for his own use or for the use of a member of his household or for an animal owned by him or by a member of his household.”
